Villadsen & Fabian-Jessing Advokater was established as of 1 January 2012. Our main field is transport law.

Although we are a young firm, we have many years of experience. Michael Villadsen founded his law firm in 1981 and Holger Fabian-Jessing founded his law firm in 1989.

Villadsen & Fabian-Jessing Advokater is an association between advokat Michael Villadsen (central business register (CVR) number 25 07 96 47) and advokat Holger Fabian-Jessing (central business register (CVR) number 26 74 97 35). Michael Villadsen and Holger Fabian-Jessing have taken out liability insurance with HDI-Gerling Forsikring.

We are members of the Danish Bar and Law Society (Advokatsamfundet), who supervises compliance with among other things the Code of Conduct and the rules regarding trust property. Information about the Danish Bar and Law Society is available on the Danish Bar and Law Association’s website: www.advokatsamfundet.dk. According to the Danish Act regarding anti-money laundering, we are required to obtain and keep client identification records.

Our fees are normally calculated as per time spent at an hourly rate.
